Endangered Animal Sounds

Yesterday W became interested in endangered species. I am still not sure how this happened, but he decided to get on the computer and Google various endangered animal sites (yes this is how he has learned to read so early--from asking things like "Mom, how do you spell 'endangered'?" and then typing it out). We found Wild Aid and the EPA and other sites, signed some petitions, and then moved on to a site that listed which specific animals were endangered, showed an image of each, and even had a wave file of the sounds each make.

Lion.
Dolphin.
Crocodile (My favorite noise. Who knew they sounded like dogs in heat?).

And then B caught on. Sitting on the floor with me, across the room from W on the computer, B lifted his right hip off the ground, said "Listen THIS animal sound", and let out a grumbling fart that did indeed resemble a small lion's growl. Since then he's been practicing his new found control of his gasses, and it never fails to get a giggle out of both of us.

Grrrr.
